Dovetail Strategic Summer Giveaway Terms & Agreements
1. Eligibility
The Dovetail Strategic Summer Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of countries where such giveaways are not prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Dovetail Strategic and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Agreements and the decisions of Dovetail Strategic, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on June 1st, 2024 at 12:00am and ends on September 1st, 2024 at 12:00pm ("Summer 2024"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the entry form available on the Dovetail Strategic website during the Entry Period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
- Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1,000 cash to be applied to their first order of merchandise from Dovetail Strategic.
- Participation Prize: All eligible entrants will receive a $250 credit to be applied to their first order of merchandise that is over $1,000 from Dovetail Strategic.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Dovetail Strategic reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Dovetail Strategic on or about September 5th, 2024 from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within five (5) business days, an alternate potential winner may be selected at Dovetail Strategic’s sole discretion.
7. Prize Delivery
The $1,000 cash prize will be delivered via credit to current account at Dovetails Strategic transfer to the winner within thirty (30) days of winner verification. The $250 credit will be automatically applied to the entrant’s account and can be used on their first order of merchandise from Dovetail Strategic.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Dovetail Strategic’s use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions
Dovetail Strategic reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Dovetail Strategic’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Dovetail Strategic in its sole discretion. Dovetail Strategic reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Agreements or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Dovetail Strategic, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Tennessee. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Agreements, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Dovetail Strategic in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of [jurisdiction], without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Tennessee.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Dovetail Strategic's privacy policy, which can be found at www.dovetailstrategic.com/privacy.
By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Agreements and agree to be bound by them.
